We store only the minimum data required to send reminders and match patient replies:

  • Patient first name (for personalised messages)
  • Phone number (to send SMS and match replies)
  • Appointment ID (to prevent duplicate reminders)

We do not store clinical notes, medical history, or other sensitive health information.
